1. What is Online Application Portal?
It is the online application facility provided by Adani Electricity to its Consumers for availing the
following service
a) New Connection
b) Network Recommendation
c) Roof Top Solar
d) Open Access
e) Grid Connectivity
2. Is it mandatory to apply online?
It is not mandatory, applicant can choose to submit the application in hard copy at our
Customer Care Centers or apply online.
3. Why do I need to register?
AEML has developed the integrated online application portal, where applicant can avail all the
above services at one click. For this one time registration is required, wherein a login and password will be assigned to the applicant.
There onwards applicant will be able to login and make various applications seamlessly.
4. What are the different facilities available under the online portal?
Applicant will be able to make new application, view its existing applications and track the status of the same.
5. What are steps to avail Online Application Portal facility
Step 1: In case you are first time user, you will have to do one time registration, click on the link Not Registered Yet? Get Started!. You will be provided with a User ID and password.
Step 2: Log In with your ID and password, in case you forgot password use this link Forgot Password?
Step 3: Once you log in you can see My Applications tab under which you will be able to view your existing or saved applications.
Step 4 : To make a new application, please choose from the list of services. Application form will be displayed, please fill up the online form and submit.
Step 5 : The requisite payment amount will be displayed which needs to be paid as per the instructions mentioned in the respective application form.
Step 6: Once you submit the application a reference number will be generated, which can be used for all future references. Acknowledgement will be sent to the registered email id. Also you will be able to track your application through My Applications link.
AEML will process your application and outcome of the processing will be communicated at the communication address and email provided in the application.
